Field trips
The School of Computing organizes on average two field trips in hospitals, centres, museums and organizations every year. Students have a guided tour in the premises, learn about their operation and the provided services and come in contact with professionals of their field of studies.
Recent field trips: Yes! Hotels, Numismatic Museum, Athens Stock Exchange, Hilton Hotel, Makro, Trade Logistics, Vodafone.
Participation in contests
The students of Business School are encouraged to participate in contests organized either by the Mediterranean College or other bodies. The participation in contests is individual or in groups and always under the guidance of their lecturers. Regardless of the outcome, participating in contests is a valuable experience for the students and a quite important addition to their CV.
Contests in which our students have recently participated: Global Management Challenge, Business Innovation Contest of the Mediterranean College “To Epihirin esti Kenotomin” (“Doing Business means Making Innovations”).
Participation in Conferences & Exhibitions
Business School has an active participation in conferences and exhibitions so that students are constantly informed on any upcoming developments in the fields of economy and science and come in contact with representatives of various bodies and Universities.
The students of the School have recently participated in the following conferences: Posidonia Sea Tourism Forum, Insurance Money Conference, Money Show, Export Leaders, Sport-Society-Culture,Helexpo Thessaloniki International Trade Fair.
Research groups
The Research Groups of Business School consist of students who participate voluntarily in research projects of the Mediterranean College. They are usually work groups that under the guidance of their lecturers carry out secondary or primary quantitative research and statistical analysis. The student research results are either integrated in research projects of KETAK (Centre for Research, Technological Development and Innovation) of the College or published by the College Press Office in the media (television, newspapers, magazines, internet).

Exhibition & Projects of students
In certain periods throughout the year, the students of the School are requested to present their projects and diploma theses to their lecturers, fellow students, parents, candidate employers and the wider public. This is the Student Exhibition organized by the College and carried out in the form of presentations, poster presentations, business plans.
Internship
Internship gives students major learning benefits, including access to the labour market. Despite the fact that the programmes of Business School of the Mediterranean College include no compulsory internship, students are encouraged to exploit the offered internship positions announced by the Career Office of the Mediterranean College. Many of the School students do their internship or work part-time in companies collaborating with the College.
The students’ placement is supported by the Mediterranean College network of associated companies
