December 04-19, 2024
Mediterranean College is creating unique Xmas Stories and invites you to the most amazing Xmas Happenings in Athens and Thessaloniki!
MC is dressing up for the season and invites everyone to “unwind” the Christmas thread together through the activities it has planned and… “offers a gift for everyone,” creating special MC Xmas Stories!
From December 4 to 19, 2024, in Athens and Thessaloniki, MC, in collaboration with the Student’s Affairs Office and the Students’ Union, is organizing Christmas Activations as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
As American author Peg Bracken once said, “The gifts of time and love are surely the basic ingredients of truly good Christmases.” Inspired by this, Mediterranean College invites all of us to contribute our own “gift” to make our world a little brighter.

Learn More About the Organizations:
- Dogs’ Voice is a nonprofit organization that supports the work of 132 animal welfare organizations across Greece. It operates the largest network for promoting stray dogs for responsible adoptions, specializes in crisis management, implements a comprehensive urban wildlife protection programme in collaboration with local governments, and provides legal support for reporting animal abuse cases.
- In the area of Exochi in Thessaloniki, around 150 animals (120 dogs and 30 cats) have been living safely and happily since 2010. Today, Adespotos Planitis operates in three locations with five active volunteers who provide daily care for the shelter animals and offer their services to any living soul in need. The organization intervenes in cases of abuse, conducts rescues, transports injured animals to veterinarians, neuters stray animals, feeds them, and creates shelters on the streets. At the same time, they work to find homes for animals living alone in dangerous conditions.
