The technicians of the IT Services will respond to any request within 2 working days (except for the period of Christmas – Easter – August, when the response time may exceed 2 days).
When using the Computer Centre you may write down any technical problems/ observations in the Lab Book found in every Computer Lab.
UDo (University of Derby online)
The password issued by the University of Derby is strictly personal. It remains active for 90 days after the date noted along with your account details in a letter that you receive from the Administration Office. Make sure that you are connected so that you are not locked out of the system (on your first visit, you will be requested to change your password into a number more personal and familiar to you, as well as to create security questions, in case you need to recover your password in the future). All passwords should be of at least 8 to maximum 16 characters, contain at least one number and a capital letter and be specific in using upper/ lower case letters.
If you have problems accessing the UDo, if you need to reset your password, if you find your personal data inaccurate and you want to correct them or if you generally need help, you may contact the University on the following address and state your username and date of birth.
