They provide entertainment and experiences, while also serving strategic goals at a business level. This postgraduate study programme specialises in the organisation and management of Events and aims to transform students into professional project managers of large-scale events as well as small or niche events. From planning to communication and tackling unforeseen situations, students develop specialised skills in coordinating and organising an event down to every detail.
Our innovative MA Event Management is a postgraduate tourism and hospitality programme that has been developed in collaboration with the University of Derby, a TOP3 UK University for Hospitality, Tourism and Events studies (Guardian University Guide 2023) and with the contribution of leading professionals – members of the School of Tourism & Hospitality’s Advisory Board at the College. It allows students to delve into all aspects of tourism and hospitality management, enabling them to focus on the areas they prefer to specialise in and apply their knowledge in the real world.
