Studying in a foreign language can be challenging. Our Language Centre provides courses, workshops & counselling to help you build your confidence and improve your English language skills and successfully progress onto your degree programme. Our team of experienced professors is here to support you and help you boost your competence to work independently in English.
The Language Centre is responsible to plan and deliver the English language modules that run alongside undergraduate courses. Each module is related to the discipline that it sits in, containing subject-specific content. The partner UK University is responsible for the academic monitoring of the English language provision at Mediterranean College.

Our English Language Centre also conducts exams for students who want to receive certification in the use of English in their chosen work environment (professional English), in collaboration with Express Publishing and the University of Greenwich. This service is endorsed by all academic departments of Mediterranean College (English for Tourism, Kindergarten English, Business English, Engineering etc.). The English language modules of our undergraduate programmes have been designed according to the requirements of this certification, so you will not need additional preparation time. Students who opt to take part and pass the certification exams, gain a significant competitive advantage by the end of their second year of studies.
At Mediterranean College you will be encouraged to become multilingual! We have designed modern language courses for certain professions, allowing you to tailor your degree, by choosing Russian, Chinese or Spanish.
