Mediterranean College announces the organisation of the 5th ‘Student Excellence Conference 2017’, for undergraduate and postgraduate students, on Thursday June 1st 2017, at the Mediterranean College premises in Athens and Thessaloniki.
If you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student or have graduated within the two previous years and you believe that you have an original project to showcase, you can participate as a presenter at the leading student conference, the “Student Excellence Conference” (SEC).
You can participate in the SEC, either through an oral presentation or through a poster announcement. The process is simple. You will just have to submit an abstract (of approximately 300 words), either you participate with a presentation or a poster.

Participating in the SEC is free.
Presenters will receive a Certificate by Mediterranean College for their CV.
Student Researcher Excellence Award
The student with the best presentation, in terms of originality, comprehensiveness and scientific validity, will receive a commendation and will be awarded with an academic scholarship for postgraduate studies at Mediterranean College.

‘SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS’ RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM
As part of the Athens Conference, a Research Symposium in Special Education will also take place, where postgraduate students of the MA Education: Special Educational Needs and Disability of the School of Education at Mediterranean College, will present their research projects.
SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING STUDENT COMPETITIONS
On the Conference day, the School of Engineering of Mediterranean College in Athens will organise two student competitions for the design and construction of i) a small scale electric car (MC Small Car Racing) and ii) a grid bridge.
